Tactiqu collects minimal information strictly necessary to provide our football quiz, real-time multiplayer penalty duels, and tournament services:
- Account Information: Your chosen nickname/username, optional email address, and securely salted/hashed passwords. For Guest accounts, no personal identifiers or emails are required or collected.
- Gameplay & Progression Data: Matches played, win/loss stats, global leaderboard ranking (Elo), league progress, trophies, token balance, and visual player kit customizations.
- Diagnostics & Device Information: Operating system (iOS / Android), app version, and anonymized crash telemetry used to identify and fix bugs.
2. How We Use Your Information
Collected data is used solely to maintain and improve your game experience:
- Preserving and synchronizing your account and progress across sessions and devices,
- Conducting fair online multiplayer matchmaking and tournament fixtures,

The Application integrates Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded video advertisements (e.g., earning free tokens or doubling rewards). AdMob may process non-personalized device identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) to deliver ads according to your operating system permissions. You can opt out or reset advertising identifiers at any time in your device's privacy settings.
4. Push Notifications & Live Activities
Tactiqu delivers match countdown reminders and lock screen Live Activities (Dynamic Island on iOS) for scheduled league fixtures. These notifications are delivered locally or via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) only with your explicit permission and can be toggled on or off at any time in your device settings.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion Rights
Your data is stored securely using encryption both in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
Right to Erasure (Account Deletion): Under Apple and Google guidelines, you have the full right to permanently delete your account and all associated match history and personal data. You can perform this at any time directly inside the app under Settings > Account Settings > Delete My Account, or by emailing our data protection team.
